“Chautauqua” is shorthand for an organized gathering intended to introduce people to the great ideas, new ideas and issues of public concern. The Colorado Chautauqua offers educational, cultural and recreational programs and onsite lodging accommodations. It is located near downtown Boulder at the foothills of the Flatirons.

POWERful Coaching for Powerful Results is a fast-track professional coaching skills training program for school and business leaders, executive directors of non-profit organizations and middle to upper-level managers who want to learn a coaching approach to achieving change and reaching extraordinary goals for their organization. Coaching is a highly effective strategy and compelling vehicle for creating lasting change. Based on International Coach Federation’s Professional Coaching Core Competencies, participants will learn and practice the essential skills, techniques and processes used by professional coaches. They will learn how to empower the people they lead, how to bring out the best in staff and how to establish successful coaching relationships and programs.

Training Cost:

3-day onsite training alone
$975 3-day onsite training (plus 3 month Coaching Practicum Total $1,950)
Early bird - $1,800*
*Note: Early bird rate is available up to 60 days prior to the beginning of each training program.

At the conclusion of the Coaching Practicum, with successful completion of all requirements, participants can receive our POWERful Leadership Coach certification.
